Ms. Salfiti brings a wide range of experience to the firm. She has particular expertise in complex civil litigation. Her areas of experience include litigation regarding construction, construction defect, products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, real estate, unlawful detainers, insurance defense, contract disputes, and business and commercial litigation. Her representative clients include major property development companies, property owners, contractors, architects, manufacturers, home owners, landlords, corporations & business owners.  She drafted an amicus brief in a published decision, Jimenez v. Superior Court, 82 Cal. App. 4th 856 (Cal. App. 4th Dist. 2000), aff’d, 29 Cal. 4th 473  (2002), which modified construction product defect law precedent to require damage to other property components in order for a plaintiff to recover for property damage caused by defective products.  She is conversationally fluent in both Arabic and French. She is also an avid volunteer for non-profit companies and charity organizations.
