Mr. Lum has extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in all aspects of claims involving public and private works.  Mr. Lum provides counseling and representation for clients in matters relating to delay and acceleration, disruption, cost overruns, differing site conditions, mechanic’s liens, stop notices, default terminations, prevailing wage issues, bond claims, and construction defects.  Mr. Lum has represented clients in state and federal court as well as in arbitration.

Additionally, Mr. Lum advises clients in the drafting and negotiation of construction agreements and compliance with jurisdictional requirements for the performance of construction services.
